David & Arneke bought this lovely home in the Moody area. They came to me having found a lender over the internet that was not in state but made them a lot of promises. Unfortunatly, this lender did not keep his promises so we had to work hard to get them successfully in thier new home.

When I decided to sell my home, I had no idea who to choose. I went to the Internet and randomly picked Hazel. She came and gave me great advice on preparing my home before putting it on the market. I started looking on the Internet for my new home, not planning to purchase anything right away. Hazel sent me listings and I picked a couple and we would go look at those; we did this several times. Finally I found the one I wanted; it was a HUD foreclosure. I was delighted when Hazel called me and told me my offer was accepted.
I had gotten pre-approved for a mortgage; but the actual mortgage approval process turned out to be a nightmare. The bank kept losing employees who were working on my loan. This process was stressful but Hazel kept in touch with me, she returned my calls right away. She kept in contact with the bank and took it upon herself to push them into getting things done. I will definitly call Hazel again when I am ready to purchase my next home.
